My sculptures are the opposite of the predictability and uniformity of manufactured goods. Created with recycled and repurposed materials they display a strength of character. The work asks you to slow down and contemplate the exceptional beauty of rustic, primitive surfaces and natural objects.
This sculpture truly has that unique warmth of hand about it that can only come from the individual attention and care it received during the creative process. There is a glaring difference (that is readily apparent) we all can see and feel between a hand crafted work of art and something manufactured in a plant by a robotic machine. My artwork is created one at a time, by hand with love, no AI, no buy-sell. The essence of Wabi-Sabi helps you to live a happier life as it reminds you that true beauty often lies in what is modest, natural, and real.
